Call Center Agent
- Take customer calls and provide exact, satisfying solutions to their inquiries as well as issues.
- Possibility of pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to transform them into brand-new company as well as routine listing visits.
- Reply to all leads and prospective homebuyers in a prompt style to develop a solid customer base.
- Conduct market evaluations to ensure listing prices are well-researched.
- Total realty listing documentation, produce new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and execute an advertising plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales.
- Deal with customers to stage and market homes that attract property buyers and their actual estate agents to accomplish a quick sale.
- Coordinate with home examiners and realtors to schedule assessments, open homes, and showings.
- Negotiate agreements with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the customer.
- Follow up with customers once a week to offer feedback on their property listing to maintain them engaged and improve customer service scores.
- Attend closing procedures to provide support to the client when suitable.
- De-escalate situations involving disappointed consumers, providing personal aid and support.
- Collaborate with other call center specialists to enhance consumer service.

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
