Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job advertisements social media and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate assessments.
