A luxury retail leader in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the sourcing and onboarding of candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in retail, beauty or hospitality. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience with an ATS is preferred. This role offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume roles.

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for the efficient sourcing, selection, and onboarding of high caliber candidates within their specific divisions adhering to the preferred specifications set out by the business.
You will have at least 2 years in-house recruitment experience, preferably in retail, beauty or hospitality. You will have experience in recruiting high volume roles in a fast-paced environment. Experience with an ATS, and proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication and fluency in English. A second language would be advantageous.
