- Full account management process, working closely with managers.
- Generate ideas to improve the account management function.
- Deliver excellent service; maintain commercial and revenue targets.

- Upsell and meet with clients to maximise repeat business.
- Attend client meetings to showcase thought leadership.
- Process new client information and collateral.
- Assist the Accounts Director daily.
