As Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of high-level relationships with major food manufacturing groups across the continent. You will lead the commercial strategy for the region, combining complex project management, key account development, and a direct contribution to ambitious sustainability goals.

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for managing and expanding key corporate accounts, building long-term partnerships based on trust and deep business understanding. With a sharp eye for identifying opportunities, you’ll deliver tailor-made, high-value solutions that strengthen client loyalty and drive revenue growth. Your proactive, results-oriented mindset will make you a key commercial ambassador for the company in Africa.

Your meticulous preparation and follow-up will help you stay ahead of client expectations, enabling you to negotiate effectively and secure mutually beneficial agreements. You'll also play a hands-on role in managing risks in commodity trading, applying smart strategies to limit exposure in a fast-moving market environment.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving innovation and sustainable growth. By closely monitoring performance indicators and collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure continuous improvement and long-term client success.   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B setting
  • Proven experience managing corporate clients
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally
