Sales Manager | GTHE Dubai (Bomag Division)

Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and product support for our Bomag Division. Based in Dubai, this role will drive business development and customer satisfaction in the paving and asphalt equipment segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Bomag paving and asphalt equipment across the UAE market.
• Manage existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide product support solutions and technical advice to customers.
• Work closely with the aftersales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and close sales deals effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and product support, specifically with paving, asphalt, and compaction equipment.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operations teams.
