Henkel Adhesive Technologies is seeking an Industrial Adhesive Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across key industrial sectors in the UAE. In this senior role, you will drive strategic growth, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and reinforce Henkel’s position as a trusted partner for industrial adhesive and coating solutions.

What you´ll do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
  • Define and implement strategic go-to-market plans for adhesives and coatings across target sectors.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across applications and production processes.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, production, and procurement.
  • Deliver technical and commercial solutions to address customer challenges and maximize business value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sector innovations to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Technical, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to execute account and market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, sales performance, and team development initiatives.
  • Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value-based selling to ensure sustainable margins.
