- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, market comparisons, and follow-ups with leads.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and uphold company standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (secondary, off-plan, or both).
- Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, RERA requirements, and community knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence & own car (preferred).
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
