Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
2. Handle incoming calls, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain the clinic's calendar
3. Provide clear and accurate information about clinic services and treatments
4. Assist clients during check-in, assist with forms, and ensure client records are updated
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
6. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and assist with insurance verification
7. Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth patient flow and appointment management
8. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic in the UAE
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong customer service capabilities and attention to detail
4. Experience with appointment management and clinic calendar coordination
5. Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records systems
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
7. Professional attitude and appearance
8. Availability for immediate joining is a must
9. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
