Job Description

• Oversee daily transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and equipment.
• Manage routine and preventive maintenance for company trucks, heavy machinery, and support vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, inspections, and licensing requirements.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with third-party service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, costs, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor fuel usage, parts inventory, and service logs to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma in automobile or equivalent
• Proven UAE experience as Transportation and Maintenance Supervisor (minimum 2 years, preferably in construction).
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license
