We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Pilates Studio Administrator to manage daily operations, client relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for wellness, and experience in a similar role.

Salary7000 – 10 500AED (2 000 – 3 000 USD)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and private sessions using booking software.
  • Process payments, memberships, and package sales.
  • Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, social media updates, and promotional events.
  • Handle inventory management and studio upkeep.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Support instructors with administrative tasks as needed.
