Zusammenfassung
A luxury hotel chain is looking for a Manager People Development for their exciting preopening phase in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the Director of People & Culture to create a thriving workplace environment. Responsibilities include developing training programs, enhancing team performance, and fostering a culture that aligns with the hotel’s values. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in People Development and strong communication skills, and thrives in a creative environment.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Development or Learning management.
- At least 3 years in a Manager level role ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Experience working in a truly global work environment is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions to employee development needs.

- Assist in developing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
