Business Development Manager - Corporate
, you will lead the hotels corporate sales strategy to strengthen market presence, accelerate revenue growth, and position Shangri La Dubai as a top choice for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance the hotels presence in the business community.
  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts while managing and growing existing relationships through proactive networking and strategic engagement.
  • Conduct various sales calls on a daily basis with focus on new business
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize occupancy, conversion, and the overall corporate guest experience.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts while maintaining accurate account records, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Conduct sales calls in a manner that will result in productivity, bringing in variety of leads in rooms, F&B, banquets etc.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and clients needs to recommend strategic actions and support revenue and strategy meetings with insights and analysis.
  • Represent the hotel at corporate events and undertake additional business development tasks assigned by leadership.

  • Holds a business related educational background with experience in corporate sales within an international luxury hotel environment.
