Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and management of ride-hailing capacity channels within the jurisdiction, as well as the launch and subsequent operation management of prefecture-level cities;
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of the characteristics of different capacity channels, formulate operational strategies, and achieve business growth targets;
3. Take charge of matters related to obtaining platform licenses and launching operations in various cities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachlor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in channel development in the ride-hailing industry, and a profound understanding of platform economy and ride-hailing capacity;
2. Strong communication skills, able to maintain close and effective communication with various departments of the platform, urban partners, competent authorities, driver groups and other parties, timely grasp problems arising in each link, and help solve these problems;
3. Possess strong psychological resilience, be tenacious, not easily give up when encountering problems, and can persistently promote work progress;
4. Result-oriented thinking, able to take responsibility for the final results.
