A leading landscaping firm in the UAE is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to enhance client relationships and drive business growth in the real estate and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the UAE market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and mentoring junior team members. A Bachelor's degree and a UAE driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development within landscaping, interior contracting, or facility management industries.
• Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Italian, Hindi, Malayalam or others are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant sales or business development experience with demonstrable business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across landscape design and installation services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, and real estate firms.
• Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions.
