This role involves acquiring new properties, building strong relationships with owners, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in business development within the hospitality or real estate sectors. Proficiency in English and Arabic, along with a valid UAE driving license, is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales or relationship management.
• Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or real estate.
• Proven experience in owner acquisition and commercial negotiations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• UAE real estate experience is a strong advantage.
• UAE Driving license and own vehicle is must.
• Languages: English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of the short-term rental portfolio by acquiring new properties.
• Build strong owner relationships and support commercial negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Conduct market research on rentals and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance teams.
