A fast-growing fintech company in Dubai is looking for a Design Lead to shape the UI/UX across its product ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end product design, ensuring an engaging user experience while creating marketing visuals. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, strong portfolios, and are proficient in Figma. Our team combines experience from leading finance and technology companies. Were focused on bridging traditional financial systems with decentralized technology and are now looking for a Design Lead who can translate complex systems into clean, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
Were looking for a Design Lead who will take full ownership of the UI/UX across the entire product ecosystem. Youll design clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows that simplify complex DeFi mechanics, and youll be responsible for turning product ideas into polished, functional experiences in Figma.
Beyond product work, youll also handle key marketing visuals social graphics, pitch materials, and partner assets keeping a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role: creating prototypes, maintaining the design system, ensuring visual quality, and occasionally coordinating external creatives. If you excel at UI/UX but enjoy stepping into broader creative tasks, this role is for you.
