Job summary
A procurement firm is seeking a qualified candidate in the United Arab Emirates to support procurement activities. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating supplier quotations, maintaining vendor documentation, and assisting with inventory and finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree and 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Request and compare supplier quotations.
- Maintain vendor files and procurement documentation.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payments.

Supports procurement by processing purchase requests and supplier coordination; Ensures timely delivery of goods and services.
