We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in the media industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for our media operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement best practices, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement cost control strategies and monitor expenditures.
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses and reports for management review.
  • Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
  • Ensure ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
Qualifications
