Job summary
A multi-site operations company in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, ensuring legal compliance and execution of HR policies. The role requires expertise in UAE Labour Law, employee relations management, and a strong background in HR operations, particularly in multi-branch environments. The ideal candidate will possess 7–10 years of HR experience, solid leadership skills, and effective communication abilities, particularly in Arabic. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to lead and develop a talented HR team.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years HR experience, minimum.
- 3–5 years as HR Manager or strong HR Operations Lead.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, F&B, or multi-branch environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day HR operations across all locations.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee issues professionally and document them.
