Responsibilities

• Independently lead global projects to assess and identify risks, review policies and procedural documentation, map controls to risks and processes, and identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure risks are addressed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal control environments.
• Design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions for risk assessments, control monitoring, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and risks; provide innovative approaches to fraud and misconduct detection.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science).
• Understanding of Internal Control and Risk Management functions.
• Proficiency in data manipulation with SQL or similar tools.
• Experience in dashboards, quantitative analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Proven experience as a trusted risk business partner with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Tech, Media, or E-Commerce sectors.
• 3+ years in data analytics, risk management, or internal audit.
• Detail-oriented, independent worker with strong project management skills.
