About Our Team

You’ll report to the ALEC Holdings Talent Acquisition Manager in Dubai Marina, supporting strategic sourcing, talent engagement and workforce planning across ALEC Building, Head Office, and affiliated businesses in the UAE & Saudi.

You can work from any of our offices across the UAE and will only be required in the Dubai Marina Head Office for 2 days a week.

Your Role

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Strategic Sourcing, you will:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key business areas, supporting hard‑to‑fill and high‑priority roles.
  • Build and deliver talent attraction strategies through referrals, talent pooling, and proactive engagement programmes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong Talent Bank approach, ensuring runner‑up and high‑potential candidates remain connected to ALEC.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce priorities and shape long‑term sourcing pipelines.
  • Support employer branding and EVP activation through marketing campaigns, events, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and P&C teams to align sourcing strategies with project and organisational requirements.
  • Provide market insights, sourcing trends, and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
  • Shape the Future: Lead your team of 3 TA professionals, driving their development and ensuring excellence.
What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with a strong ability to build networks and engage talent markets through both proactive sourcing and attraction strategies, across the UAE, Saudi, and key international regions.

  • Experience: 7+ years in Talent Acquisition with a focus on strategic sourcing, talent attraction, and pipeline development
  • Strategic Focus: Ability to design and deliver sourcing programmes across referrals, talent communities, and engagement initiatives
  • Brand & Engagement: Experience designing & rolling out EVP, marketing, and candidate events to strengthen employer visibility
  • Market Insight: Strong understanding of talent trends, sourcing channels, and candidate motivations within construction or engineering sectors
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using sourcing data and talent insights to optimise outreach and attraction approaches
  • Values‑Driven: Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating teams where people thrive
