The role requires expertise in UAE Labour Law, employee relations management, and a strong background in HR operations, particularly in multi-branch environments. The ideal candidate will possess 7–10 years of HR experience, solid leadership skills, and effective communication abilities, particularly in Arabic. Qualifications

• 7–10 years HR experience, minimum.
• 3–5 years as HR Manager or strong HR Operations Lead.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, F&B, or multi-branch environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day HR operations across all locations.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Handle employee issues professionally and document them.
