Job description
Supply Management - Business Partner Analyst - UAEN

The Business Partner Analyst will support in the day to day activities for the unit and co-ordinate with the business as necessary to answer and/or escape Supply Management queries and concerns from end users.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the collection of data relating to department projects requiring supply management involvement and will arrange data as required for reporting or analysis.
  • Support the unit on any supply management training and assist end users with technical specifications and scope of work requirements.
  • Share the information from the Category unit to ensure the unit has the most up-to-date information.
  • Support in ensuring all aspects of the supply management lifecycle in support of the business units , including pre-market assessments, market testing (e.g. quotes, tenders, EOI’s, etc.), evaluations, contract awarding and supplier/contractor performance management follow the agreed processes.
  • Facilitate and support the delivery of the supply management strategy and framework in collaboration with business units
  • Contribute to all supply management and contracting activities in a manner that reduces expenditure, maintains acceptable and appropriate probity levels and minimizes risk, through the provision of high level, strategic, effectively liaise with stakeholders and suppliers / contractors to establish and maintain strong commercial relationships.
  • Coordinate the units activities when required and track and monitor successes and challenges to help achieve optimal outcomes for the unit and department.
  • drive supply management strategy to identify opportunities for departments to take advantage of.
  • Partner with other governance specialists to maximize compliance and ensure a collaborative and effective governance framework is maintained.
  • Apply the marketing procurement governance and risk management framework to ensure compliance and improve.
  • Other duties as applicable to the role.

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Minimum requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and preferably a master’s degree
  • Language: Full professional English and Arabic proficiency both in speaking and writing
  • Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Administrative skills and attention to details
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
  • Understanding of end to end Supply Management processes.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
