A leading healthcare provider in the UAE is seeking an Account Manager responsible for managing key client relationships in the commercial division. The role involves achieving revenue targets, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with 5-8 years in the healthcare sector and strong communication skills. Knowledge of pharmaceuticals is a plus. Arabic language skills are preferred.
This position is responsible for account management of Rafed’s client under commercial division and reporting to Director – Account Management. The key responsibility of this position is to manage key clients of the organisation and maintain a strong relationship. The position holder is expected to achieve budgets and strategic targets provided for the client. Additionally, the role requires to be the lead point of contact for all client matters, anticipate client’s needs, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of product and services to our customers.
The goal of the position holder is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long term success.
