About the Role
- To lead and manage the delivery of strategic initiatives within the real estate sector, with a primary focus on ensuring that organizational KPIs and strategic goals are achieved.
- This role applies PMP-certified project management practices, and leverages expertise in business and transformation projects to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value, remain aligned with strategy, and are executed with discipline, clarity, and accountability.
- Develop project management process, procedures and automate them using tools such like Power Platform and Microsoft Project. This role involves tracking strategic KPIs, managing task execution, supporting business case realization, and optimizing.
Responsibilities
- Execution of Strategic Initiative : Lead the planning, execution, and closure of strategic initiatives across departments, with a focus on delivering defined business KPIs. Break down high-lev el strategies into structured, actionable projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and outcome metrics. Align initiatives with transformation goals, particularly in IT, ERP, automation, or digital modernization programs.
- Strategic KPI Ownership & Alignment : C ollaborate with the Strategy and Performance teams to translate corporate KPIs into initiative-level outcomes . Monitor and report on the contribution of each initiative to strategic objectives. Proactively identify misalignment or underperformance and recommend realignment or corrective action.
- Develop Project Process and Automation : D esign Project Process and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline project processes, approvals, task tracking, and reporting. Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, MS Teams, ERP systems, and external tools for better collaboration and efficiency. Identify repetitive manual processes and recommend automation solutions aligned with project goals. Apply PMI-PMBOK methodology to ensure initiatives are managed within scope, schedule, and budget. Maintain project artifacts such as charters, plans, RAID logs, change requests, and benefit realization documents. Conduct regular reviews and lead stage-gate or checkpoint processes to validate strategic alignment.
- Task Ownership & Accountability : Ensure every project task has a clearly assigned owner, and regularly follow up on status, delays, and completion. Track and maintain detailed logs of tasks, decisions, and actions for auditability and performance reviews. Promote a strong culture of accountability across all delivery teams. Implement systems and templates for task-level follow-up, progress reporting, and accountability tracking. Ensure activity records, decisions, and task completions are logged and available for performance reviews. Conduct post-initiative evaluations to assess benefits and identify lessons learned.
- Strategic KPI & Goal Alignment : Track project progress against strategic KPIs and business goals. Ensure that performance data is collected and reported as per periodic review cycles (quarterly, bi-annually, etc.). Collaborate with PMO and strategy teams to refine KPIs and improve measurement framework.
- Business Case Lifecycle Monitoring : Support business case reviews at initiation, execution, and closure stages. Track benefit realization and identify deviations early, proposing corrective actions where needed. Contribu te to post-implementation r eviews and knowledge transfer session
- PMO Maturity & Process Improvement : Contribute to the continuous enhancement of PMO methodologies, templates, and tools. Leverage Power Automate to improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy. Mentor junior team members and promote project governance best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience 7+ years of experience in project / portfolio delivery, with focus on ERP and IT automation in the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to lead project teams, drive accountability, and deliver high-value results.
- PMP Certificate is Must
- PMO is Plus (Certified Project Management)
Technical Tools & Automation
- Know how to automate using technology such as Pow er Automate for workflow automation, system integration, and task orchestration. Expert in Microsoft Project, Project Server, Pro ject Plan 5, and project dashboards.
- Familiar with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise ERP platforms.
- Should have experience in Share Point advantage.
