Position Title: Salesforce Program / Project Manager
12+ month contract
Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and managing enterprise-wide Salesforce programs, ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives including Salesforce implementations, migrations, integrations, upgrades, and continuous enhancements. This role oversees multiple projects across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, budget control, and on-time delivery.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce Program / Project Management, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform solutions.
- Experience managing large-scale CRM transformations, data migration, and multi-country or multi-business rollouts.
- Strong exposure to Salesforce integrations with ERP systems, finance platforms, banking systems, and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and CFO-level reporting.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of Salesforce programs including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Define and drive the Salesforce transformation roadmap, including business case development, readiness assessments, and go-live strategies.
- Manage scope, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and timelines across all Salesforce workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to internal project management standards and IT governance frameworks.
- Track benefits realization and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
Team Management
- Lead cross-functional Salesforce program teams, including internal resources, consultants, and delivery partners.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development support to Salesforce-focused team members.
- Ensure effective resource planning and workload alignment across the program portfolio.
Vendor & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with Salesforce implementation partners and managed service providers.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce and technology partners to leverage best practices and platform innovations.
Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain Salesforce program dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
- Conduct regular risk and issue assessments, escalating critical matters as required.
- Ensure transparency and proactive communication with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, with significant exposure to Salesforce delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
Other Requirements
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong strategic mindset with a long-term perspective.
