What you'll be doing:

The role requires expertise in Fleet management systems and software, Vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, Regulatory compliance (RTA, traffic laws), Fleet operations and logistics management, Vehicle tracking and monitoring systems, Fuel management and optimization, Toll management and account administration, Vehicle inspection and safety procedures, Fleet budgeting and cost control, Knowledge of vehicle specifications and configurations, Workshop management and coordination, Technical knowledge of vehicles and systems, Distribution permits and related documentation.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Managing a fleet of 200+ company commercial vehicles across all Emirates

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize deployment of 200+ vehicles

• Meet operational, logistical, and distribution requirements across all Emirates

Vehicle Scheduling & Allocation

• Meet operational, logistical, and distribution requirements across all Emirates

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs

• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules

• Manage breakdown repairs efficiently

• Ensure regular inspections for safety, reliability, and compliance

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to UAE transport regulations

• Manage vehicle licensing, insurance, and registration

• Comply with road safety and distribution standards

Distribution Permits Management

• Manage permits for food, non-food, and medicine distribution

What we need:

• 2+ years of experience in fleet services and/or fleet operations

• Valid UAE driving license

• Strong working knowledge of UAE traffic and transportation regulations

• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and operational tracking
