Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a fulltime Business Development Manager to lead ATM business in Dubai. You will build client relationships, identify new growth areas, and negotiate contracts. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in aviation, excellent English, and are proficient in Microsoft Office. This role does not offer remote work.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Leading the ATM business development in the region building and nurturing relationships with clients customers and partners.
• Identifying new business areas and potential partnerships to drive growth in the region.
• Being able to promote all the ATM offer of Egis from strategic consultancy to engineering and realtime operations.
• Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels including cold calling networking and online research.
• Managing or followingup on the region ATM bids in close coordination with the Aviation teams within the Egis group as needed.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Supporting the ATM project within the region being either part of the project team or project manager
• Supporting as needed the Region Aviation Director in the definition of the future strategy and commercial actions plan for ATM in the region and in the recruitment of new ATM personnel.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree a relevant field such as aviation or Air Traffic Management discipline.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point Project Outlook).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
