We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Design Management Office in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design‑related projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams external stakeholders and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
• Oversee resource allocation and optimise team performance
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and local regulations
• Implement and maintain project management best practices within the Design Management Office
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design Architecture Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a focus on design‑related projects
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a design or architectural context
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in design management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent budgeting resource allocation and risk management skills
• Outstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
• Indepth understanding of design processes principles and architectural practices
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
