Strong knowledge of site execution and proficiency in MS Project and Primavera is required. This role is based in Sharjah, UAE.

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and contracting projects ensuring completion within time, cost, quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close interior projects as per contract scope.
• Prepare project schedules, work programmes and manpower planning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers and vendors.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Control project budgets, approve bills and manage variations.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Manage risk, resolve site issues and handle client escalations.
• Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure.
