A well-established Family Office in the UAE is looking for a Junior Procurement Officer to manage both business and family procurement tasks. The role requires 3 to 4 years of procurement experience, with a strong understanding of the UAE market and global purchasing. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include handling procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and negotiating contracts. Travel may be necessary for sourcing and inspections.
A well-established Family Office in the UAE is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to support both business and personal procurement requirements. This role requires a professional with 3 to 4 years of experience, strong knowledge of the UAE local market, and exposure to global purchasing.
The ideal candidate must be independent, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports investment-related purchasing as well as family needs.
Handle local and global purchasing for business and family requirements.
Perform manual procurement processes using Excel (no procurement system).
Coordinate logistics for local and international suppliers.
Support the family’s properties (including palaces) when necessary.
Manage contractor negotiations and ensure timely delivery of items.
Travel abroad when required for sourcing or inspections.
Support investment-related procurement activities.
