Our client is a leading company in the F&B Industry in the UAE and is looking for a Production Controller (FMCG / ERP User).

1. Provide farms with necessary raw materials and agricultural products, such as fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural tools, and irrigation systems.
2. Research and negotiate with local suppliers and agents in accordance with the annual budget, ensuring the best prices and quality are obtained in a timely manner.
3. Receive and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Periodically evaluate supplier performance and update the supplier database.
5. Develop the supplier base and search for new suppliers with flexible payment terms.
6. Coordinate continuously with the agriculture department to ensure material availability during critical periods and prevent interruptions in agricultural operations.
7. Monitor inventory in cooperation with warehouse management and ensure the minimum level of essential materials is maintained.
8. Adhere to the company's procurement and supply policies and procedures.
9. Prepare periodic reports detailing the status and cost of purchases.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in the agricultural sector.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
4. Good knowledge of computer applications and ERP systems.
5. Proficiency in English.
