• Job Title: Human Resources Executive
• Job Location: On site - Business Bay
• Job Type: Full-Time (Monday- Saturday 9:00-18:00)
• Salary: AED 6,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to compliance and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet evolving environment and is passionate about supporting both people and business objectives.

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Real Estate or service sectors.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and visa processes, including coordination with PROs.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and benefits administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience supporting a growing or dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR software (e.g., Monday.com, or similar systems).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
