Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced People & Culture Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on HSE practices, blue-collar workforce management, and bulk hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring of blue-collar roles.
  • Partner with operations and HSE teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored for manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support learning, development, and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing, construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of HSE policies and labor law compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in blue-collar workforce management and bulk recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
