About the Job:

We are looking to hire a Senior Associate - Recruitment (Hospitality) to join our dynamic team and contribute to attracting top talent to the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes across the Hospitality business units, with a focus on sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of luxury hotel operations and the unique talent requirements of the industry.

• Lead recruitment efforts for senior stakeholders and manage relationships with multiple smaller stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs within the hospitality business units.
• Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers, providing support throughout the recruitment process and ensuring effective communication.
• Regularly update stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and any challenges faced during the hiring process to foster transparency and alignment.
• Execute recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination, to maintain a seamless hiring process.
• Conduct Behavioural Based Interviews (BBI) and other assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including preparation of offer letters and facilitating salary negotiations in alignment with organizational policies.
• Support the continuous improvement of quality of hire to ensure that candidates meet organizational standards in terms of technical expertise, cultural fit, and long-term success.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from application through to offer acceptance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed of hospitality industry trends and best practices to implement improvements and optimize the candidate experience.

About you:

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management/business administration or equivalent.
• Ability to speak Russian, French, or Spanish preferred.
• A strong ability to attract top-tier hospitality professionals, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborate with key stakeholders—including hiring managers and HR leadership—is essential.
• Proficient in using hospitality recruitment platforms, talent assessment tools, and employer branding strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
