Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Black Soldier Fly farming or insect rearing.
• Strong understanding of insect biology and farm-level bioconversion systems.
• Experience in tropical or sub-Saharan climates is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily operations of the BSF production unit.
• Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions for BSF life cycle.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports to improve yields.
