Job summary
A construction company is looking for an entry-level support role to assist in cost control and budget monitoring. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing cost reports, tracking payments, and ensuring record accuracy. This position is open to fresh graduates with basic knowledge of construction processes and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential. Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in construction commercial processes.
- Fresh graduates welcome with basic knowledge of construction commercial processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cost control and budget tracking of the project.
- Support preparation and updating of cost reports and summaries.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in Excel.
Skills
- Assist in cost control and budget tracking of the project.
- Support the preparation and updating of cost reports, summaries, and follow-up sheets.
- Assist in tracking LPOs, subcontractor payments, and IPCs.
- Assist in reviewing quantities, progress data, and cost-related documentation.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in Excel-based systems.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction commercial processes.
