Make your mark as a SHE-Q Management & System Controller at Horizon Geosciences!

The SHE-Q Management & System Controller assists the SHE-Q Department in the control of records, documents, and procedures related to SHE-Q management system requirements.

Your responsibilities as a SHE-Q Management & System Controller

• Control Survey and Geotechnical SHE-Q records, documents, and procedures related to operations.
• Day-to-day administrative assistance to the SHE-Q Department.
• Maintain accurate and timely submission of filing of records.
• Review and update project related SHE-Q registers.
• Maintain and update the IMS documents in the server.
• Work closely with the Project Managers, Project Secretaries, and Vessel Management to ensure all project SHE-Q documentation is compiled in accordance with client and industry standards.
• Assist the commercial department in the preparation and review of pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Oversea & assist in the compilation of SHE-Q monthly and quarterly reports.
• Conducting IMS Internal audits

Qualifications

Your qualities and experience

You can make your mark as a SHE-Q Management & System Controller if you have :

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Advanced Excel.
• Safety certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely.
• Successful completion of Internal Auditors training course any of the two ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Knowledge of high-level structure of ISO standards.
• Related industry experience or regulatory experience is an advantage.
• Can understand statistical data trending.
• Min. 2 years’ experience with documents control in a technical environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (as per the Horizon Communication Policy).
• Conversant with equipment and software used within the Company
