About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in person and via telephone
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
  • Prepare routine reports and presentations for management
