We are seeking an energetic and proactive Emirati National to join us as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). In this role you will be responsible for managing all government-related processes and documentation ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.

Part-Time or Full-Time

Abu Dhabi - The most crucial responsibility is submitting documents to a government entity in Abu Dhabi. For this reason we prefer candidates who are either located in Abu Dhabi or willing to commute twice a week.

• Handle all procedures related to new employment visas residence visas and visa cancellations.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up with immigration and labor departments.

• Apply for new work permits and renewals through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
• Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.

• Coordinate medical tests Emirates ID applications and residency stamping.
• Ensure all employees have valid documents at all times.

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities (e.g. Immigration MOHRE GDRFA).
• Stay updated on changes in UAE labor and immigration laws.

• Maintain accurate records of all employee documents including passports visas and labor cards.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Assist in renewing trade licenses establishment cards and other company-related government documents.

• Guide new employees through the visa and residency process.
• Provide support in understanding UAE legal requirements.

• Ensure the company complies with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Prepare reports for management on visa and permit status.

Ideally you are an EMIRATI NATIONAL who is passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.

You are great at taking initiative and ownership while demonstrating creativity and passion.

• 1 year experience in a similar position
