Velocity Growth is a UAE based boutique growth consulting firm that partners with B2C and B2B companies across MEA to deliver end‑to‑end growth solutions in product, growth, marketing, data, and technology space. Positioned uniquely between traditional agencies and consultants, VG works closely with founders and their teams, in crafting the strategy, owning end‑to‑end execution and delivering outcomes that drive capital‑efficient and sustainable growth that compounds over time.

If you’re fresh out of college (or close), curious about how growth marketing actually works, and want to learn by doing instead of sitting on the sidelines, this role is for you. You’ll be part of Velocity Growth’s execution engine, working closely with our growth marketing, brand, creative, and client teams.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn how campaigns go from idea → execution → reporting, while building strong foundations in operations, coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Sit in client meetings, take notes, follow up on action items.
• Coordinate approvals and communication over email, Teams, Slack, and WhatsApp.
• Support presentations, updates, and reporting shared with clients.

• Manage day‑to‑day execution across brand, digital, and communication initiatives
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, track tasks, follow up with teams, and close loops.
• Help bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to ongoing marketing activities.

• Work closely with designers, editors, and creative partners.
• Help build briefing processes, organise assets, manage versions, and keep things moving.
• Act as the glue between Velocity teams and client stakeholders.

• Support social channel execution for clients and Velocity.
• Help plan calendars, deploy posts, and track what’s living.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and help execute them.

• Learn performance marketing by being part of the execution team.
• Support campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and insights.
• Build decks, dashboards, and client‑ready reports with guidance from senior team members.

• Use AI tools daily to speed up research, content, reporting, and coordination.
• Experiment with new tools to reduce manual, repetitive work.
• Learn how modern marketing teams use tech and AI to operate faster and smarter.

• Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates (internships and part‑time work‑ex count).
• Based in Abu Dhabi, or willing to commute daily.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
• Comfortable with a full‑time, 5‑day office setup.
• Tech‑savvy, AI‑curious, and excited about using tools to work better.
• High aptitude; you pick things up fast and don’t need hand‑holding.

• Clear communicator, both, written and verbal.
