I am working with my client, a leading data & AI company in Abu Dhabi , seeking an Executive Assistant for a six-month contract , with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Job Description : Executive Assistant

Salary : 16,000 - 19,000 AED per month

Start Date : ASAP

The Opportunity :

Our client seeks a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a high-profile CEO. The role demands professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing executive-level tasks and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information discreetly and prepare the executive for meetings and engagements.
• Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and calls.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain confidential files and records.
• Act as the primary contact between the executive and stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
• Experience in high-profile or confidential environments preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
