Position Overview

Responsible for supporting comprehensive administrative functions across the MEA (Middle East and Africa) region, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of multiple offices. This role is key to ensuring smooth business operations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Employee Visa & Company License Management: Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employee visas in Dubai, and manage the end-to-end processes for employee work visas and residence permits in other MEA regions. Oversee the annual renewal of company business licenses and other documents to ensure entity compliance.
  • Lease Management: Manage the full cycle of office leases across the region, including new leases, renewals, and termination, to ensure normal office operations.
  • Employee Medical Insurance Management: Responsible for the annual renewal and procurement of group medical insurance for employees.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Manage regional office fixed assets, including procurement approvals, offline purchasing, asset registration, retrieval, and annual inventory counts.
  • Daily Procurement & Reimbursement: Handle daily office procurement, supplier management, and routine expense reimbursements.
  • Budgeting & Operations: Assist in formulating and executing regional administrative quarterly and annual budgets, maintaining control over daily expenses and reimbursements. Manage daily office operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Comprehensive Support: Provide various administrative support to the regional team, including meetings, team-building activities, employee benefits, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience. Experience in a multinational corporation or regional support role is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (must have), with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
