A global enterprise in Dubai is seeking a Purchasing Officer to develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years' experience in procurement and a Master's degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor's in Engineering. Qualifications
- Min. 8-10 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports.
- Indepth knowledge of purchasing functions and supply management.
Responsabilités

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve disputes.
