Role

Manager Loyalty & Partnerships

Location

Role Purpose

To develop and own the entire Partnerships management strategy

Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Create a systematic process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Research partners identify key players and generate interest
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with banks contract guidelines policies (Sharia) budgets and best interest.
  • Show inter and intrapersonal skills to our colleagues and partners as you will represent our brand and be our partners liaison internally and externally.
  • Forecast measure and report the results of various campaigns with partners including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions.
  • Maintain a great relationship with current partners and propose new opportunities to grow the partnership
  • Manage the end-to-end communication process by liaising with different internal teams so all approvals are in place before go live
  • Run frequent market analysis and benchmark exercises
