A leading spa brand in Dubai seeks an experienced marketing professional to drive strategic campaigns and enhance brand growth. This role requires a blend of creativity and data analysis skills, offering a competitive salary and performance bonuses. At SENSASIA Spas, marketing is at the heart of how we connect with our guests, showcase our award-winning experiences, and grow our brand across the region. As our in-house marketing lead, you’ll manage everything from day-to-day communications to seasonal campaigns, ensuring SENSASIA’s voice is consistently premium yet playful.
This is not a basic marketing role. We’re looking for a savvy, strategic marketer who is comfortable working with data, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns based on metrics. You will take ownership of marketing across all touchpoints, from EDMs and social media to in-spa activations and retail launches, while consistently tracking KPIs to ensure measurable business impact.
