Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.).
  • Create compelling marketing content including articles, blogs, newsletters and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities providing actionable insights.
  • Support the management of the company’s social media channels including creating a content calendar, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Support in updating the company website with fresh relevant content using content management systems.
  • Support in managing the NPS and customer satisfaction surveys across GCG working closely with cross‑functional teams and track the results to create actionable feedback to improve customer service.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and recommend improvements based on data‑driven insights.
  • Assist with organizing events such as roundtable events, trade shows and webinars.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to inform innovative strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role preferably within the technology sector in the region.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
