Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. • Create engaging designs for print and digital materials including brochures flyers advertisements social media graphics and web assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives
• Prepare and optimize files for print production ensuring highquality output and proper color management
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate production specifications and timely delivery
• Assist with photo editing retouching and resizing for various marketing materials
• Stay uptodate with design trends printing techniques and industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance our visual communication strategies
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input for marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 23 years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on both print and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production processes color theory typography and layout design
• Experience preparing pressready files and working with print vendors
• Knowledge of digital design for social media and web platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Monday or Trello) is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across various mediums
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a bonus
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and design tools as needed
