The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in real estate sales and marketing, experience in UAE and Karachi markets, and a strong network of brokers and investors. This role involves crafting strategic marketing campaigns and leading a sales team to achieve targets, along with managing marketing budgets and events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing roles within real estate development.
- Success in launching and driving sales for projects in the UAE and Karachi.
- Strong network of brokers and investors in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Karachi project.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
