WeCopyTrade, a Canada-based fintech company, delivers innovative social and copy-trading solutions. Our WeMasterTrade project is a proprietary trading platform providing funded trader programs, trading education, and digital trading tools. As we expand our Dubai office, we are looking for Business Development Executives to drive growth in the Iranian market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients from the Iranian market.
• Promote and sell WeMasterTrade funded trader programs and digital trading tools.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and English (mandatory).
• Experience in forex or cryptocurrency markets in Iran is required.
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience (or equivalent proven success).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of the Iranian market, culture, and trading environment is essential.
