Job summary
A leading financial institution is seeking a Campaign Manager to design and monitor customer-centric campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with OBIEE, SQL, and analytics in the banking sector. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance services and will report on campaign performances effectively. Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and design campaigns based on customer insights.
- Liaise with segments and departments to enhance cross-selling efforts.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly.
Skills
Education
- Identifying Opportunities and Designing Campaigns based on customers’ needs, profile and behavior.
- Liaise with such as products, segments, CX and others to present proposals to increase Cross Sell ratio, Improve NPS, reduce attrition etc
- Design campaigns end to end: criteria applied to export the targeted list, channels to be launched, recurrence, communications messages, leads to be received, fulfilment process to be in place, campaign announcement memo, reports to be produced, departments to be involved in campaign monitoring
- Monitoring the campaigns on a regular frequency.
- Develop and present campaign performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders (such as products, segments, CX, Governance… etc) to present campaign outcome, impact, and contribution
- Bachelors or master’s in mathematics/computers
- 4+ years of experience in
- OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence)
- SQL
