Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities :

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the interior fit-out industry.
In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and industry trends.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead and sales management.
